General Info

Our working days are Monday to Friday. These are the days which we process and dispatch orders, they are also the days that the phonelines will be manned.

Please note that weekends are not classed as working days so please ensure that you allow for this when placing your orders. For example, any orders placed after the order cut off point on Friday or over the weekend will usually be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Yes it is possible to visit us! Please note we are only a small showroom so it is best to make arrangements before visiting - get in touch with us to let us know when you're coming.

We are open Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30-16:30.

We try to offer as many demo oppurtunities as possible. For details on upcoming demo days, please see our events page. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in trying a bike.

Delivery

Products in stock and available for delivery from our warehouse are,
on average, dispatched within 3 business days, with an average shipping
time of 2 business days. The total time to receive your bike can be up
to 15 days due to the size of the shipment. All of our bikes are inspected and assembled prior to shipment.

Please note, to ensure the best riding experience for our customers,
Powerplay (electric) bikes are not available for delivery and can only
be collected from one of our authorised dealers.

You can use the click and collect option to pick your bike up from our warehouse. You are also welcome to purchase Powerplay electric bikes through this option, as we can ensure you have the best after-sales experience.

All our orders are sent via DPD. Shipping is included in the price of the bike.

All bikes are inspected, assembled and set up with tubeless tyre sealant before shipping. Your bike will arrive fully assembled in a large box. However, it will require the handlebars rotating and stem bolts torquing before being ridden. Please see the component manufacturer's specifications for these details.

Returns

Of course! If you'd like to return the your order or a product from your order, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and the product must be in brand new condition in the original packaging.

For any return, please print and fill in our Return Slip and include it inside the parcel.

Christmas returns are available on all orders placed between 1st November 2022 to 24th December 2022. The extended period gives you until January 31st to send your order back. Returned items must be sent back unused and in original packaging.

Orders

The best way to keep an eye on your order is to Log In.

We will also contact you by email and SMS to keep you updated along the way.

Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 12PM. This means any order placed before midday will be processed and dispatched the next day. Any order placed after the cut off point will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

We do not currently offer weekend deliveries. Any orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered during the next working week.

Providing the order has not been dispatched, we will be able to make any changes to your order up until that point.

If your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments. Should you need to add / remove items from your order at this point, you will need to place a new order or open a request.

On the rare occasion that there is a stocking error and we do not have your product, we will be in contact with you as soon as we know.

In this situation, the options are to either swap to another product or remove the product form the order for a refund.

Payments

Through the checkout you will be given various ways to pay. This includes, Credit / Debit card, Paypal and Klarna.

It is also possible to pay cash for items, although this is in store only.

If your order has been cancelled / returned. We will refund the payment within 1-2 working days. After the refund has been initiatied, the money may take 3-5 working days to show up in your bank account.

Warranty & Technical

Your bike will arrived fully assembled and ready to ride. However, you will need to turn the handlebars and tighten them according to the stem manufacturer's specification.

Yes. Your Rocky Mountain Bicycles is warrantied against manufacturing and material defects.

The warranty period differs according to the component. For specific details, please view our warranty page.

The best way to solve a problem with your bike is to contact your local dealer. They will be able to diagnose issues, and organise a solution.
