If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 30 days of purchase and the product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. This excludes custom items.
If a product has arrived to you damaged, please contact us about this, include pictures of the issue with the product so we can come back to you with the best option to resolve this issue asap.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.
Custom builds CANNOT be returned for a full refund - As custom builds made to order, parts of the build can be internally marked and the original packaging removed, this deems the product un-sellable and therefore cannot be fully refunded. We may be able to accept the return of a custom product for a partial refund or credit on your Rocky Mountain UK account.
